Booking & Payment Policy

​

To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Clients also have the option to pay in full upfront when booking if preferred.

For last-minute requests or appointments scheduled during fully booked days, a $50 squeeze-in fee will be applied.

Please confirm my appropriate contact information if sending money through Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, etc.

Client Verification & Reference Requirements

​

To ensure the best experience and accurate service:

• Clients are encouraged to provide a public Instagram profile during booking so I can review your facial features, complexion, and overall look.

• If you do not have Instagram, you must send a clear photo of your face via text or email prior to your appointment.

• All clients are required to provide a reference photo of their desired makeup look. This helps ensure proper booking (soft glam vs. full glam) and avoids miscommunication.

It is also important that all clients review my Instagram portfolio before booking to ensure my style aligns with your expectations.

If there is a requested look that I am unable to achieve, I will communicate this in advance and offer a full refund of your deposit. This is the only circumstance in which a refund will be provided.

These steps also help verify client identity and maintain a safe environment.

Late Policy

​

All clients are given a 10-minute grace period.

• After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your service.

• If you are unable to pay the late fee upon arrival, your appointment will be canceled and you will no longer be eligible for services.

• If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment is automatically forfeited, and your deposit will not be refunded.

In the rare event that I am late for your appointment, $15 will be deducted from your total as a courtesy.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

​

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will not be honored, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• All deposits are nonrefundable, including cancellations for any reason.

​

Please be certain before booking, as cancellations will not result in any refund.

​

 

Location & Travel

​

Appointments are based in North Philadelphia. The exact address will be provided after your deposit has been received.

If you would like me to travel to your location, please contact me directly. Travel services start at an additional $100 fee, and increase depending on distance and accommodations.

Appointment Preparation

​

To ensure the best results:

• Arrive with a clean, freshly washed face (no makeup or skincare residue).

• It is strongly recommended that eyebrows are groomed (waxed, threaded, or shaved) prior to your appointment. I do not provide hair removal or eyebrow shaping services.

• Makeup application will follow your natural brow shape. If you have minimal or no brow hair, a custom brow can be created for an additional fee starting at $25.

• Please remove any unwanted facial hair (mustache, nose, ears, etc.) prior to your appointment.

Service Guidelines & Policies

​

• Only the client receiving the service is allowed in the appointment space. No extra guests permitted.

• Clear bags only are permitted. No weapons or items that can be used as weapons are allowed under any circumstances.

• No food or eating during the appointment.

• Phone conversations are not permitted during the service, as they interfere with timing and quality.

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not book or attend your appointment.

Service Options

​

Two primary makeup styles are offered:

Soft Glam

• Natural, polished look

• Minimal eyeshadow (no bold or dramatic colors: mostly brown and black)

• No contouring of nose, chin, jaw, neck, or forehead

• No eyelashes (very minimal mascara will be provided)

• No lip reshaping (no lip liner or lipstick), just gloss

• Does not include rhinestones, you must book full glam for any rhinestones or glittery looks.

Full Glam

• Bold, dramatic makeup look

• Includes detailed eyeshadow, contouring, and sculpting

• Enhanced lip shaping

• Strip lashes included

• Additional fees apply for mink lashes and rhinestone embellishments (even if you provide your own)

Please note: I do not apply product to the waterline for sanitary and safety reasons, as sensitivities vary and this can lead to irritation or infection. You are welcome to apply this yourself after your appointment if desired.

Group Bookings & Add-Ons

​

• Discounts are available for groups of 3 or more, which will be reflected during booking. When utilizing this option, the entire fee will need to be paid while booking.

• A Makeup + Photography Package is available, which includes professional headshots. Clients must remain fully clothed. This option is ideal for school photos, graduations, professional branding, and more. If you are booking a group experience, the $50 fee will be applied one-time instead of 3 times.
