When will I receive my order?

• All orders will be shipped on the 1st of each month. Ex) If an order is placed in January, it will be sent out on February 1st. If an order is placed in February, it will be sent out on March 1st. You should receive your order within a week after shipping.

Is international shipping an option?

• At this time, international shipping is not an option.

How can I book Princex Aimis for my event?

• Go to the booking section of this page and complete the form. If you have any additional questions about booking email princexaimis@gmail.com with the subject “Booking Inquiry” and let us know the type of appearance that you would like for Princex Aimis to make. Please be as descriptive as possible in this email, and someone will follow up with you about booking. 

Do we offer discreet shipping?

• Yes, we do not offer discreet shipping. All packaging is solid black and does not include any images or logos. If you are concerned about being outed by the content inside the packaging, please email us at princexaimis@gmail.com and we will work with you to explore alternative options for receiving your package. 

Is there an e-book option?

• Unfortunately, there are no e-book options available at this time, only the physical copy and audiobook. 

Do you offer any discounts for appearances/performances?

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer any discounts at this time, but we can provide free shipping to schools/organizations that book us for Drag Queen Story Hour.
