Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Every order is very important to me, and that is why I am making an effort to provide quality shipping. Shipping time for all physical products is 2-5 business days guaranteed, and all orders will be sent out on the first day of the month, excluding holidays and weekends.

 

Every order is fulfilled with a tracking number that should be present in the customer's confirmation email. Should the order not have this information, or there is a delay in updating information, notify us at support@princexaimis.com should the order have issues with the tracking number.

 

Any order's shipping address cannot be changed after the order is fulfilled and the customer has received the confirmation email. If your order is returned to us due to the inability to deliver, then you may be resent the package. You will be obligated to pay any additional shipping costs needed to send out the costs, including but not limited to labels, mailers, and replacement of damaged goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

I aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their product in the long run. That is why there are measures in place to ensure that every order is accurate, presentable, and of the same high quality. However, in the unlikely event that a customer is not happy with their purchase, here are our refund/return policies.

Refunds are available for products that are damaged while in our care. "Damage" includes any wetness, burns, excessive scuffs and scrapes, any tearing of the pages, and excessive dents in the packaging or product.

  

Customers must notify us by email when requesting a refund. Emails must be directed to princexaimis@gmail.com in order to be acknowledged. You may also submit through the website directly on the "Contact" page.

Exchanges are not possible. Once a customer buys a product it is theirs and cannot be exchanged for any other product. Do not return a product expecting to receive another because you will not get what you returned. Customers who return heavily used items will not receive a refund, and the item may be shipped back to that customer.
